One of the pioneers of the Plant based food and gastronomy in New York, Neal is also a profound lover of nature and anything gardening. Anywhere he can, whether it is by the streets of his restaurant, or in his garden in Brooklyn, he grows the most beautiful plants, flowers and vegetables, creating constant, uplifting and resilient beauty.
