The KARE Series on Ayurveda: Rose Baudin

Rose Baudin is one of the most vibrant, radiant, inspired 77 years old woman I know. 

Like the flower, Rose embodies love, the essence of it; passion, imbued throughout her being; purity, directing her speech and all of her actions. 

Like a goddess, Rose draws hopes and prayers, power and possibilities, mainly, Rose empowers to be, from your core.

I first met Rose in India, a few years ago. Somehow without even planning for it, we met again, year after year, usually around the time of my birthday, in February. The stars aligned again this year and here we were, celebrating together in India.

We recorded this conversation there, with our dear friends of KARE, in Pune. Rose shared about yoga, health, Ayurveda, silence. Mainly she shared about freedom. 

Rose’s stories often go back to her guru she met in Sri Lanka, years ago. He informed important steps of her life, from New York to Goa, Sri Lanka and Australia. He helped pave the way of her spiritual life. Undoubtedly he still lives through here. 

And without realizing it, simply by her presence, generosity and open heart, Rose is carrying the voice, lineage and wisdom.
